What Are Provincial Kinesiology Associations?
The Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA / ACK) collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, including industry, government, and professional or not-for-profit organizations. As a national body, the CKA / ACK has worked diligently over the years to foster strong, cooperative, and mutually beneficial relationships with provincial kinesiology associations and related groups.
At the national level, the CKA / ACK represents ten (10) Provincial Kinesiology Associations (PKAs), which together comprise more than 5,000 Kinesiologists across Canada.
To access the benefits and recognition provided by the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance, members are required to join their respective Provincial Kinesiology Association (PKA). In regions where no PKA currently exists, individuals may join the CKA / ACK directly.
